Triton's Garage in North Beach is amazing. Their prices are extremely fair, they are thorough and will make sure you leave happy and confident that you made a good decision. They didn't pay me to write this. I live in North Beach and it's convenient for me to take my car there. Rick will do his very best to get the best cost that he can. AMAZING repair shop just blocks away. Love these guys.

1st repair...Rick was awesome, we talked about cars and he took really good care of me. Satisfied! Then, 2nd repair, still great! Had tires installed and that went smooth. I did get a little irritated with the mechanic who tried to help with my driver window and burnt out the motor briefly but also threw it off track. If anyone knows toyota windows, they're held in by plastic pieces, so not a good thing to pull on cause they break. Anyways, I love the convenience so I thought I'd go there again. Well I took my car to Westside auto out of convenience cause I work all over and it was giving my issues, plus they did my recent rear brake work. I got a call and they said my right front caliper seized up. Rotors were warped and pads, rotors and two calipers needed replacing. Just had tritons do front pads rotors and i believe stabilizer links in September 2021. Cost for new stuff $855. I was livid, called Rick, explained what happened. I asked what my warranty was, he said oh not with a seized caliper, there is none, Westside auto said ask where he got the parts from. If it's somewhere like auto zone, I can maybe help you out and reason with them to help me, not RICK but Ronnie at Westside auto who had my car. So I asked Rick where did you get the parts and he said it doesn't matter, because the caliper seized it's not under warranty. Seriously? I worked at three dealerships and that's not how stuff goes. So I'm not coming back here. I spent good money there and that's how I get treated. Messed up! I don't expect calipers to be replaced by them, not their problem. But it's under a year, can't you help me with something? Pads even? Also, they said I needed rear stabilizer links at Tritons, had rear brakes and calipers done at Westside auto and nope don't need them. Weird! All I'm saying, watch out for what they offer for their warranty. ALWAYS ASK!

Incredibly grateful they were able to fit me in and plug a tire on my Tesla Model 3. Super friendly and are knowledgeable about electric vehicles. Would highly recommend!

What a great shop! Family owned and run business. The mechanics are great and are extremely knowledgeable. It always nice to find a place that you can trust.Then the added bonus is that they are 1 block away from the boardwalk/ pier so if you are just getting an oil change or something smaller done you can go hangout or walk on the boardwalk or grab some lunch.

Devin and Tritons installed a Teraflex lift kit, new 35” tires, new wheels, and a swag bar disconnect on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Devin communicated back and forth a few times about parts and ordering, and was super easy to work with. Everything is great so far!

Can't say enough!! Very customer oriented. Came to my house and jumped my truck!!, so I could drive it in. Honest. I had been told by another local garage that my tire pressure sensor was bad and would be 150$ to fix. I didn't do it, just drove around with the light on, periodically checking my tire pressure. Then I got a huge screw in my tire, took it to Tritons, they replaced the tire and magically the sensor was fixed. 🤔 Sticking with Tritons.

Compared their estimates with others in the area. Their was lower. Good service; nailed the issue and and repairs done quickly.Drawback: no waiting area,drop off only.

I’m somewhat meticulous about my cars, mechanically speaking, and over the course of nearly 40 years of owning cars have done most repairs myself having learned out of necessity at a young age. On the occasions that I’ve used a repair shop I’ve never been impressed, occasionally disgusted, but never impressed. Those days are over! These guys know what they’re doing, they’re professional, the place is clean, the prices are reasonable and the work is done right.

I had a problem with a tire. They checked it out and gave me good advice. Didn't carry my brand and couldn't get it during my short stay while here. Didn't charge me anything. Very nice people.

I thought I had a service issue with my car. Stopped in for help. The gentleman, didn't catch his name sorry, rode with me to listen to my issue. Helped identify the issue. Ended up being a loose lugs on wheel but all is well. Thank you again and God bless

Honesty. That's what gives this garage 5 stars. I thought I was in for an expensive repair and ready to pay it. Triton's garage fixed the problem, which was finalizing the work the last shop did on the vehicle before I purchased it.They fixed it for fair price, were upfront and honest, kept in touch with me when needed versus taking my wallet for a ride and feeding me a bunch of falsehoods.And they are right down the street and if you want to be global you shop local!

Refreshing to find hardworking and honest mechanics nearby ! They went so far as to hand build a special tool to press bearings for my Tacoma's rear axle ! I'm giving them all my business now ! Good work at a reasonable price ! Thanks guys !!!

I highly recommend Triton’s Garage! As a single female, with no knowledge in the automotive world, the entire staff helped me to feel comfortable and made my experience an easy one. Everyone was helpful, kind, and did a great job. My car is now running perfectly and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance. I recommend this shop to anyone who owns a car!

Friendly, honest people. Devin and Jody will make sure your car is all taken care of, and in a timely manner. I’ve taken my car in twice already, and both times they were able to fix it quickly. The location is perfect as well; restaurants, shopping, and the beach is within walking distance in case you don’t want to wait in the lobby. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!
